If you have been supplied with a faulty item, we will cover return postage costs and issue a refund if we cannot replace the item like for like.

Note: We will not accept returns of electrical components as these may be damaged by incorrect fitting or faults from the buyer’s car.

It is your responsibility to ensure the used part you are ordering is compatible with your vehicle. Although Euro AutoSpares Ltd makes every effort to ensure buying a used part is accessible to everyone, regardless of mechanical knowledge, we recommend you seek advice from a fully qualified mechanic before purchasing to ensure compatibility.

*Returns will not be accepted for parts which you have purchased that we have not listed as compatible with your vehicle.

We offer a 3 Month warranty on used parts. In cases of faulty or damaged parts we will supply a replacement item like for like with the item you purchased.

If a like for like replacement cannot be sourced within a reasonable amount of time, then a full refund will be issued to the value of the original purchase price. Replacement or refund will only be issued upon receipt of original invoice and return of the original part in the condition it was initially sold to you, please note we photograph all used parts and have security marks intact prior to selling. No part will be accepted unless it resembles all markings and the photographs prior to you being in receipt of it.

Euro Autospares will not reimburse any labour costs, hire car costs or charges for fitting/removal/changing of any parts supplied by the company under any circumstances.

All parts are fully operational before being made available for sale, it is not in our interest to knowingly sell parts which are not functional.
We recommend all engines, and used parts be fitted by a fully qualified technician and be correctly serviced. Failure to adhere to these conditions will invalidate warranty and no refund or replacement will be issued.

Engines are sold as bare and will not include starter, alternator, Gearbox, injectors, Turbos or other. All engines and parts are depolluted prior to being listed for sale, by depolluted we mean they will be supplied free of all fluids. Any attempt to start an engine without correct fluids will render warranty invalid.

Euro Autospares do not cover any parts that show signs of being tampered with, ie being opened up. No liability can be accepted for malfunction, damage or injury caused by incorrect fitting of safety critical / explosive parts (ie, airbags and seatbelts).

If a part is purchased in error, it can be returned within 7 working days, a 20% handling charge will be applied and only a credit note will be issued. Euro Autospares Ltd are not liable for return postage in these instances.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL CREDIT NOTES ARE ONLY VALID FOR 6 MONTHS.

Whilst all efforts are made to ensure accuracy of description, specifications and pricing there may be occasions where errors arise. Should such a situation occur Euro Autospares Ltd cannot accept your order. In the event of a mistake you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer.
